Insurance Account Representative – Sales & Service Focus
The Velez Agency – State Farm Insurance
Are you a competitive, goal-driven professional who thrives in sales but can also deliver outstanding customer service? The Velez Agency is looking for an Insurance Account Representative who can confidently convert leads into long-term clients while supporting our existing customer base.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain licensing with our full support.
What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth – Identify prospects, engage in sales conversations, and strategically convert leads into loyal customers.

Strengthen Customer Relationships – Manage insurance accounts, conduct policy reviews, and proactively recommend solutions to maximize value.

Deliver Service Excellence – Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims while ensuring a positive experience.

Support Agency Success – Collaborate with the team on sales strategies, campaigns, and quotas that fuel long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-dominant mindset with the ability to hit and exceed targets.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to both sales and service needs.
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.

Licensed in P&C and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
