What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Generate new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, and confidently recommend insurance solutions that meet their needs.

  • Deliver Service Excellence: Support existing clients with policy updates, billing questions, and coverage reviews—all while building long-term trust.

  • Support the Claims Process: Provide assistance and timely follow-up to ensure a smooth, supportive customer experience.

  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate client records and coordinate effectively with the underwriting team.

What We’re Looking For

  • A sales-minded professional with the motivation to meet and exceed goals.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, able to balance new business growth with client service needs.

  • Insurance experience a plus, but not required.

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain—licensing support provided).
