Insurance & Financial Services Representative – Sales & Service Focus

Shawn Velez State Farm Insurance – Doylestown, PA

Are you a driven professional who thrives in a sales environment yet takes pride in supporting clients with care and precision? The Velez Agency is expanding and looking for an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who’s eager to help clients protect what matters most—while growing a rewarding career in the process.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty, Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, we’ll provide full support to help you obtain your licenses quickly and successfully.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Proactively market insurance and financial service products, generate leads, and close new business opportunities.

  • Develop Relationships: Build lasting connections through policy reviews, personalized recommendations, and proactive outreach.

  • Support Financial Goals: Help clients with retirement planning, investment management, and protection strategies.

  • Deliver Service Excellence: Manage policy changes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure seamless account servicing.

  • Stay Sharp: Maintain product knowledge, follow compliance standards, and stay ahead of market trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • A competitive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping people.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Insurance or financial services experience (3+ years preferred).

  • Active P&C and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain with agency support.

  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive in balancing sales and client service.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
